Our semidetached house is located in the middle of the picturesque village Groede. Built in 1846, the interior of the house has been modernized with among others floor heating. On the front the house overlooks a little street; behind the house there is a spacious terrace and a garden with several fruit trees. Next to the terrace you will find a big shed still needing renovation.
		The house is situated 3 kilometers from the beach where you can find cosy beach pavilions that are open in winter as well (in the weekends). Cities like Brugge, Gent and Antwerp are within an hour's drive. In summer a bus line is connecting Breskens and Knokke, and other small towns situated alongside the whole Zeeuws-Vlaamse coast. Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is an area where you can still breathe fresh air and where there is nearly any four-lane road. Typical for the landscape are the dikes with high trees, hidden creeks, endless little country roads with old willows, wet grasslands, Spanish fortresses and fortifications. You can discover the area at your own speed, in your own way, through an extensive bicycle route network and many Tourist Information Routes, for instance with the panorama route that brings you to beaches, dikes and several towns.

The beaches in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen have been voted the cleanest beaches of the country and they are no fewer than seventeen kilometers in length! The area contains seaside resorts like Breskens, Cadzand and Nieuwvliet. On the beautiful clean sand you might find sea shells in all shapes, little sea creatures and now and then even... a shark tooth!

The living room		Layout of the house Downstairs: a cosy, well-lit living room with among other things a three-seater and several comfortable chairs a big kitchen overlooking the garden one bedroom with two single beds, a chest with drawers and clothes rack a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Upper floor: one smaller bedroom with one single bed and a big cupboard a spacious attic with four single beds, several extra mattresses, high shelves and two clothesracks. The stairs to the attic are rather steep. On the attic there are beams at a height of 175 cm. Mind your head!

Prices per night 2026 January - December: € 70 All prices apply to one adult Each additional person pays € 12,50 For baby's till 4 years you will pay € 2 For children 4 - 15 years you will pay € 7,50 For domestic animals you will pay a supplement of € 5 per animal. Minimum stay: 2 nights Bed linen and towels Can be rented for € 10 per person (for the whole period). All prices include: Tourist tax (€ 2,20 pppn) and energy. Prices do not include: Cleaning costs € 50 and deposit (€ 100). If you stay 4 days or less, you will pay € 50 deposit. Dates when the house is free.		Springtime in the garden
